Growpol is a Natural oil Polyol (NOP). Growpol is synthesized from renewable natural oil resources, palm oil. Growpol is used to fully or partially replace conventional petrochemical based polyol in many applications such as rigid PUR foam, flexible PUR foam, adhesive and coating. Growpol has high bio-content with the aim to reduce carbon footprint. Besides, the production of Growpol is environmentally friendly which involves non-complicated process, while ensures minimum by-products and high product yield. Customization is possible to meet specific performance needs.

Reagents or additive. Reagent is a concentrated polyol blend that then dilutes with base polyol and blowing agent to become complete polyol blend. Reagents are specially designed for customers out of Malaysia. Customer should be able to save transport fee from base polyol polyol importation and benefit from the cheaper local labor cost. Additive is a mixture of catalysts and flame retardants. Additive can be used to produce PIR foam with 5 and 6 components continuous machine.

Grownate is an isocyanate. Isocyanates are compounds containing the isocyanate group (-NCO). They react with polyol blend to produce polyurethane polymers.

Growfoam is a formulated polyol blend. Polyol blend is a mixture of base polyol and additives. Different mixtures have different characteristics that is suited to different end user applications.
